Ragginerhof is set in the province of Bolzano, Sud Tirol, in the midst of the wonderful Isarco Valley, nearby the charming village of Luson. Its remarkable setting, at an altitude of 1,250 meters, offers phenomenal views, from any of the outside terraces or from one of the voluminous interior rooms with floor to ceiling windows. The main house has four levels. The first floor has a working/storage area with wood stocks, a huge trampoline and a plumbing room. The second floor is an entertainment area with wrap around terracing, a small kitchen, shower and toilet, plus an outside 4 person Canadian hot tub with views over the valley.

The garden has a private dining area with a waterfall, which is fed naturally by a spring on the property higher up the mountain.
