The main house has four levels. The main entrance offers an entrance hall with a cloakroom opening onto a vast open space with living, dining and kitchen facilities and a beautiful outside wooden terrace looking south across the valley. The second floor comes with two bedroom suites and a large open plan library with an atrium to the top floor as well a wraparound outside terrace on three sides. The third floor offers a master suite with two dressing areas, a suspended bathroom, an outside terrace and an infra-red sauna.

The house has under floor heating throughout. The wood fire in the living room also provides heat for the hot water system. There is an elevator with access to all floors.
The second dwelling has three levels. At ground level there is garaging for 4 cars and a washing area.
The first floor has a working/storage area with wood stocks, a huge trampoline and a plumbing room. The second floor is an entertainment area with wrap around terracing, a small kitchen, shower and toilet, plus an outside 4 person Canadian hot tub with views over the valley.
The garden has a private dining area with a waterfall, which is fed naturally by a spring on the property higher up the mountain. There are 2 hectares of grass above and 2 hectares below the dwellings from where the famous Peitlerkofel or the asso delle Putia can be admired. There is also a large vegetable garden.
