Invest in a Hideaway

I have been obsessed with Perfect Hideaways for many years. I bought the stunning books with all the beautiful photos of the most amazing properties and I am an avid follower of Perfect Hideaways on social media. I often look at the Perfect Hideaways properties for inspiration for a project or a holiday but also just to daydream. One day I came across an advert by Perfect Hideaways Invest for a farm with a beautiful Cape Dutch homestead. I was intrigued and phoned David Untiedt. A friend and I visited Eikehof with David a day later and I was smitten. We never dreamt of buying a farm but here we are 2.5 years later, loving every minute of farm life! David, and the wonderful ladies in sales have always been on hand to provide help, support, knowledge, tips, insight and often just a few words of encouragement.

Helena’s service was exceptional and extremely professional. We were very fortunate to work with her in securing our dream property. She is certainly an asset for Perfect Hideaways.

We are a German couple who fell in love with South Africa and wanted to purchase a farm in the Klein Karoo. We first met Helena who assisted us on another farm we enquired about. She managed to assess our property needs and introduced us to a beautiful ruin that burnt down just outside Barrydale. This is the perfect project for us and we are super excited about the outcome of this Hideaway which will be rented out on the Perfect Hideaways Rental portfolio.
